Are you a woman of faith who desires to embrace all that God has in store for your life, but often find yourself feeling overwhelmed, burdened by self-doubt, or struggling with feelings of inadequacy? Then you are in the right place. The Rise Up & Flourish Retreat is your invitation to leave fear behind and tend to your inner world so you can grow into your most authentic self. We would love for you to join us for a full day to immerse yourself in nature’s beauty and rediscover what is truest about you. Surrounded by a supportive community of women, you’ll enter a safe, inviting space where together, we’ll learn how to cultivate the conditions that allow us to experience deeper levels of God’s love and grow resilient hearts and minds!
The Rise Up and Flourish Retreat is a slowed-down time of self-discovery, reflection, and nourishing connection. We will guide you in cultivating the soil of your heart—the nourished, receptive ground needed for you to flourish in every season. Through ten tender invitations straight from the heart of God, you’ll learn to create the right conditions for growth, develop deep inner resilience, and confidently embrace the life you were designed to live. Throughout the day, you’ll engage in reflective solitude, experiential activities, and inspiring small group discussion—all designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, God and other lovely women on their journey to wholeness!

Time: The day starts at 9 AM with a light snack & coffee and ends at 3 PM. (Registration begins at 8:30)
Water, snacks, lunch, all materials, and a relaxing day set aside just for you to soak in the beauty of nature and experience God’s extravagant love is provided 😉
