Our Mission

Equipping Women & Professionals to Reclaim Your Well-being and Walk in Your Purpose

Our Mission:

At Shine, we are a faith-driven organization dedicated to equipping women and professionals serving others—”the helpers”— with the tools they need to reclaim their well-being and confidently walk in their purpose. If you find yourself feeling weary, overwhelmed, burnt out, struggling with self-doubt or feelings of inadequacy, we want to come alongside you and enable you to live the life you were created for and serve others with greater clarity and confidence.

We believe that in order to confidently and fully live out your life purpose, you must first nurture and tend to your own personal mental, emotional, relational and spiritual well-being; and we show you how by providing empowering group experiences, growth-oriented resources, and personalized coaching. The results will be increased resilience, restored balance, and the ability to live more authentically.

Our Vision: A World of Deep Connections & Greater Resilience

We envision a world where deeper connections lead to greater resilience and collective well-being.
