We are so excited to welcome you to the peaceful meadows of Selah Ranch. We’ve created a space for you to slow down, breathe deeply, grow together and experience God’s transforming rhythms for your lives.
As women we need to gift ourselves with the time and space to rest & renew our hearts. However, in a world that is constantly adding pressure and stress to our daily lives, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to experience and incorporate restorative rhythms that renew us. Our hope is to simplify the steps and show you how! Together we will discover & practice rhythms of rest that feed and nourish your heart and mind while at the same time inspire and awaken the beauty within you!
We will practice together restorative rhythms that our souls are craving and do so all within the space of a supportive community! We cannot wait for you to experience God’s design for restorative rest. By learning how to cultivate presence and resilience in an overly distracting world, you will find balance for your mind, heart, and body and be able to give from a full cup instead of an empty one!
